Project output included the post-acquisition operating model, project & implementation plan and budget& risk overview (and mitigation).
Platform had neither been able to capture substantial market share nor sustain acceptable margins.
360F reviewed the local competitive landscape for robos and hybrids, referenced comparable examples and trends worldwide and facilitated idea generation workshops with senior management.
Project output included alternative business models that will enable platform to lead as next-generation disruptive leader. Eventually a model was shortlisted, its business case developed and recommended to global management.
