A diverse workforce is essential for innovation as everyone of diverse backgrounds contribute their talents and knowledge to a shared working experience for a common purpose, regardless of age, gender, race, or ethnicity. Hence, we are committed to attracting and retaining diverse talents.

We accomplish this by creating clear, inclusive, and high-intent job postings and encourage referrals from diverse employees. We champion the hiring of women and under-represented minorities, especially among senior roles. Our retention strategies include making diversity a part of corporate culture while holding exit interviews to pinpoint the reason for turnover and reviewing company retaining practices.

An inclusive culture means that any form of discrimination or harassment, whether physical, verbal or insinuated, has no place in 360F. We have detailed what acceptable, inclusive behaviour looks like in our Code of Conduct and expect all staff to show respect to their colleagues, customers and partners.

In the event of any infringement, we have a common communication channel available where employees can escalate these issues in anonymity to address the infringement, without fear of reprisal.

We also advance a culture of inclusion through various initiatives, such as flexible work arrangements, cultural awareness activities to ensure every employee feels a corporate sense of belonging.

Inclusion is also translated to pay equity. We ensure that our employees have access to equitable pay, regardless of gender, race or ethnicity.

360F has internal processes and monitoring in place to ensure that the company addresses any form of gender, race or ethnicity-related pay-gap issues. We also hold annual performance reviews to ensure that career development opportunities and compensation commensurate equitably with work performance.

Health & Safety

360F is dedicated towards providing a working environment that supports employees’ physical and mental health and wellbeing. As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, our employees generally work in low risk or non-hazardous environments. Nevertheless, we have an open channel of communication available to our employees to suggest ways to continuously improve the work environment for the benefit of all. We also offer our employees flexible work options to enable them to maintain a healthy work-life balance while maximizing their work performance.

Effective management of health and safety will help our employees to perform better in serving our customers. This will also create added value for all our stakeholders.

As a trusted partner to insurers and distributors, we aim to work with suppliers who share our values, and we expect high standards of business conduct from those who represent us or work with us. We are continually working to improve processes and guidelines for managing sustainability issues in the supply chain. This allows us to embed sustainability in our businesses processes to find opportunities and manage risk.

We collaborate, and encourage collaboration, with insurers and distributors who are equally committed to the common goal of sustainability across different aspects, such as climate change, human rights and so on.

We tackle governance issues by integrating corporate responsibility throughout our Company, from our daily operations to our executive leadership. This governance structure facilitates accountability, transparency and ongoing improvement of our programs.

We also practice transparency across the board to foster confidence and trust amongst employees, customers and partners. We achieve this by strengthening our engagement efforts with our customers and partners by developing trusted and constructive relationships, such as regular meetings, Q&As, engagement surveys and so on.

We tackle social issues by encouraging collaborations with NGOs to motivate employees to raise awareness and contribute to societal issues. We also ensure equitable and fair treatment of our employees by upholding inclusion and diversity through our Code of Conduct.


We exclude practices that may impose a heavier carbon footprint by being resource-efficient while opting for digital-first platforms and means to carry out our company’s day-to-day activities. This also means utilizing cloud servers to decarbonise data storage.

Education and empowerment go hand in hand in our efforts to promote sustainability. We are committed to holding training programs on the efficient use of resources and energy while raising awareness on responsible waste disposal and waste management initiatives, such as recycling and so on. We also aim to eliminate single-use plastics, such as utensils, straws and more by the end of 2022.
